VCMRR046  Administrative Change for Verifiable Cost Manual – NPRR1298

This Administrative Verifiable Cost Manual Revision Request (VCMRR) aligns the Verifiable Cost Manual with language proposed in NPRR1298 which extends discretion to review comments to the Subcommittee Report that are posted less than six days in advance of the “next regularly scheduled” Subcommittee meeting. Administrative changes to the Verifiable Cost Manual to maintain consistency with Protocol Section 21, Revision Request Process, are allowed under paragraph (5) of Section 13.1, Introduction.
