Summary

NPRR700 revises Protocols to incorporate actual fuel costs into the Day-Ahead Market (DAM) and Reliability Unit Commitment (RUC) procurement process and DAM Make-Whole Payment calculations. This Verifiable Cost Manual Revision Request (VCMRR) aligns the Verifiable Cost Manual with the provisions proposed by NPRR700.
