SMOGRR023  Updates to Nameplate Information Requirements

This Settlement Metering Operating Guide Revision Request (SMOGRR) provides an option for certification of nameplates of newly installed or replaced instrument transformers by a professional engineer when nameplate photos cannot be physically accessed because the instrument transformers are installed inside other equipment apparatus, replaces a list of instrument transformer nameplate data requirements with a reference to the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) standards, and deletes Section 7.5.6.
