ReasonThe current process is overly burdensome to both Market Participants and ERCOT. The current manual process also is susceptible to data entering errors. Implementing a file upload/download feature for entering bilateral CRR transactions will reduce errors and save time for both ERCOT and Market Participants.

Summary

Currently, the Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) interface allows for manual, discrete data entering. This System Change Request (SCR) would implement a file upload/download feature for bilateral CRR transactions via the CRR interface.
