ReasonRead only role would not provide the capability to submit any CRR trades but will allow access to the private CRR monthly and annual auction results. This system change will allow for clearer separation of Settlement and operation responsibilities so that personnel who have Counter-Parties Digital Certificates for credit allocation will be able to view and download CRR Auction/allocation results without having the capability to submit CRR Auction/allocation bids and trades.

Summary

This System Change Request (SCR) will provide the capability to a read only role in addition to the read and write role for Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Account Holders. Currently Digital Certificates for CRR Account Holders provides read and write capabilities to the certificate holder. Austin Energy (AE) request that ERCOT create a read only role in addition to the read and write role.
