This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) updates Section 7.16.5.1, Meter Tampering Cancel Rebill No Change in Consumption, by providing the option of generating a stand-alone invoice for Meter Tampering Charges when there is no change in usage consumption. Additionally, this process aligns with the Texas Standard Electronic Transaction (SET) Implementation Guide for the 810_02, TDSP Invoice.
