RMGRR106 Clarifies E-mail Process for Safety-Net and Emergency Reconnect Requests and Adds a Spanish Version of the New Occupant Statement
ReasonThese changes will eliminate confusion that Retail Electric Providers (REPs) may have when submitting standard and priority safety-net requests as well as emergency reconnect requests to TDSPs. New Appendix J3, Declaración De Nuevo Ocupante (New Occupant Statement -- Spanish), provides Competitive Retailers (CRs) the ability to have both English and Spanish versions available when taking move in applications from retail Customers.

Summary
This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) clarifies the e-mail process used for submitting safety-net and emergency reconnect requests to Transmission and/or Distribution Service Providers (TDSPs) and also updates the CenterPoint Energy (CNP) e-mail address used for submitting those requests. In addition, this RMGRR also introduces a Spanish version of the New Occupant Statement form.
