Summary

This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) revises the RMG in anticipation of Texas Nodal Market implementation. Revisions will be grey-boxed until the Texas Nodal Market Implementation Date (TNMID) where appropriate. This RMGRR also revises Section 3 to more effectively align with the current stakeholder process, consistent with revisions made to the Protocols pursuant to Protocol Revision Request (PRR) 821, Update of Section 21, Process for Protocol Revision, and with other existing language in Protocol Section 21.
