ReasonClarify processes that occur during a Mass Transition in which the initiation is on a Business Day prior to a weekend or ERCOT Holiday. Also, align the process that ERCOT is currently developing with the Retail Market Guide (RMG) for a Mass Transition.

Summary
This RMGRR proposes the following revisions: o Add new Sections for a Mass Transition on a Business Day prior and not prior to a weekend or ERCOT Holiday; o Remove language from ERCOT responsibility referencing a TDSP sync list; o Add language for ERCOT responsibility for providing an initial ESI ID list to POLR and TDSP; o Add language for ERCOT responsibility to provide the necessary NAESB information for sending and receiving test files; o Remove language from the TDSP responsibility in reference to creating an initial and final list of transitioning ESI IDs; o Modify Appendix F2, removing the template for ESI IDs for TDSP use and adding Mass Transition timelines diagram; and o Modify Appendix F3, to include TDSP name to the template.
