RMGRR047  Transfer from Outgoing Provider of Last Resort (POLR) to Incoming POLR upon Termination of POLR Status

This RMGRR describes the process for transferring ESI IDs from an outgoing POLR to an incoming POLR where POLR status has been terminated. Section 7.5 - Change name of section to Transfer from Outgoing Provider of Last Resort (POLR) to Incoming POLR upon Termination of POLR Status from Transfer to Provider of Last Resort (POLR), also documented the ESI ID transfer process from one POLR to another. Deleted the following sections: 7.5.1.3 Frequency 7.5.1.4 Transportation Protocol 7.5.1.6 Processing Timing 7.5.1.7 Charges Associated with Off-Cycle Transfers 7.5.1.8 Low Income Discount Customers Renumbered remaining sections 7.5.1.1 and 7.5.1.2 accordingly.
