ReasonThe Standardized Safety Net/Priority Move_in Process explains the steps that market participants (MPs) will follow when processing safety-net move-in or priority requests. The process is not intended to override or in any way contradict P.U.C. Subst. R. 25.487, Obligations Related to Move-In Transactions. Further, the process represents minimum standards; currently many MPs exceed those standards.
