ReasonThe Planning Working Group (PLWG) recommends that this language be moved from the RPG Charter and into the Planning Guide to ensure transparency of this important part of the planning process and to provide for a structured change process to ensure that modification to the process is reviewed and approved by the ERCOT Board.
