This Other Binding Document Revision Request (OBDRR) removes the High Sustained Limits (HSLs) of Resources deployed for Firm Fuel Supply Service (FFSS) from the Operating Reserve Demand Curve (ORDC) reserve calculation, as proposed in the 2/7/22 IMM comments to NPRR1120. The 2/7/22 IMM comments were discussed at the NPRR1120 workshop held on February 9, 2022.
