OBDRR029  Revisions to Demand Response Data Definitions and Technical Specifications

This Other Binding Document Revision Request (OBDRR) incorporates minor edits to the Other Binding Document, Demand Response Data Definitions and Technical Specifications. The changes include modifications to the Excel templates of Appendix B, NOIE Submission File Template, and Appendix C, REP Event File Template, to improve ease of use and to clarify that numbers of Electric Service Identifiers (ESI IDs) are to be provided as opposed to lists of ESI IDs. Changes also include combining the Other Binding Document’s error descriptions and suggested fixes into a single table, accompanied by additional clarity.
