Summary

This Other Binding Document Revision Request (OBDRR) revises the voltage levels used to define Generic Transmission Shadow Price Caps for N-1 Constraint Violations in Section 3.5, Generic Values for the Transmission Network System-Wide Shadow Price Caps in SCED. The current, single-value categories of 345 kV, 138 kV, and 69 kV are changed to kV ranges to accommodate transmission equipment that would not directly fall into the three existing categories.
