Summary

This Other Binding Document Revision Request (OBDRR) revises the Generic Transmission Constraint (GTC) Shadow Price cap that is used in Security Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) for base case constraints from $5,000/MWh to $9,251/MWh. Base case transmission constraints include GTCs. This revision also updates the associated examples in Section 3.5, Generic Values for the Transmission Network System-Wide Shadow Price Caps in SCED, and makes an administrative edit to a Protocol reference.
