Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) clarifies the timing of the posting of the final allocated transaction limit for the Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Auction (often called colloquially the “second round limit”) by removing a sentence in paragraph (2)(a) of Section 7.5.2, leaving paragraph (2)(e) of Section 7.5.2 as the remaining requirement of this posting.
