Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) contains clarifications and updated hourly validation rules regarding the Non-Opt-In Entity (NOIE) Load forecast related to the submission of Point-to-Point (PTP) Obligations with Links to an Option: 1) NOIE peak Load forecast is a required field for PTP Obligations with Links to an Option; and 2) NOIE peak and hourly Load forecasts are referring to the Operating Day in question.
