Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) defines Limited Duration Resources (LDRs) and clarifies how the Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) representing an LDR shall indicate to ERCOT its unwillingness to be deployed in Real-Time to reserve capacity for expected values above its Energy Offer Curve.
