This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) addresses the neutrality of projects required to interconnect generation to the ERCOT Transmission Grid, and projects for the reliable operation of the generation under particular conditions described in North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Standard TPL-001-4 – Transmission System Planning Performance Requirements.
