NPRR898  Modify Language on Returning Original EPS Metering Site Certification Documents to the TDSP

This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) allows the electronic return of ERCOT-Polled Settlement (EPS) Metering site certification documents to the Transmission and/or Distribution Service Provider (TDSP). Current Nodal Protocol language requires ERCOT to return original EPS metering site certification documents to the TDSP. ERCOT currently returns the original documents through the postal service. The concept of returning these documents through an electronic means was introduced for discussion at a Meter Working Group (MWG) meeting. The MWG reviewed the language in this NPRR and reached a consensus that ERCOT could return EPS metering site certification documents to the TDSP in an electronic format.
