Summary

This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) will address the review process for transmission projects that are funded by Customers or Resource Entities. Similar language was included in the initial filing of NPRR837, Regional Planning Group (RPG) Process Reform, but after discussion with stakeholders was removed from that NPRR to allow for a standalone review of the language.
