NPRR869  Clarification of Language Related to Generation Netting for ERCOT-Polled Settlement Meters

This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) requires certain generators over 1 MW (i.e., generators that are not: (i) registered with the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) as a power generation company; (ii) part of a Private Use Network with more than one connection to the ERCOT Transmission Grid; or (iii) registered to provide Ancillary Services) within a Private Use Network to provide modeling information to ERCOT as set forth in paragraph (1)(b) of Section 3.10.7.3; provides a netting exemption for a Qualifying Facility (QF) that is a small power production facility and lawfully provides energy to a Customer behind a single Point of Interconnection (POI); and deletes a reference to the now-expired system benefit fund charges.
