NPRR860  Day-Ahead Market (DAM) Clean-Up

This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) clarifies certain current practices related to the Day-Ahead Market (DAM) and cleans up Protocol language to better match the current implementation. This NPRR: • Clarifies the language concerning offering in Three-Part Supply Offers and Ancillary Service Offers for Off-Line Non-Spinning Reserve (Non-Spin) in the same hour for DAM consideration, to reflect that it is done during clearing and not during transaction validation; • Removes the reference to Congestion Revenue Rights (CRRs) being co-optimized in DAM (a legacy of the CRR Offer transaction which was removed with NPRR322, Real-Time PTP Option Modeling); • Clarifies self-commitment treatment of resources that only have an Ancillary Service Offer submitted for DAM; and • Clarifies the Ancillary Service Offer resubmission rules when there is Ancillary Service insufficiency.
