This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) disallows Point To Point (PTP) Obligation bids and Day-Ahead Market (DAM) Energy Bids that sink at Private Use Network Settlement Points if the Day-Ahead Updated Network Model has not utilized a rational Load distribution factor for the Private Use Network Settlement Point.
