Summary

This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) aligns language with currently used verbal communication practices between Transmission Service Providers (TSP), Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSE), and Generation Resources. This NPRR also identifies a new telemetered data point (Voltage Set Point) and identification of the Point of Interconnection (POI) kV measurements to be used relative to the Voltage Set Point which is to be provided by the TSP to ERCOT, the QSE, and the Generation Resource.
