Summary

This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) clarifies that the Planned Outage for Transmission Facilities process outlined in ERCOT Protocols Section 3.1, Outage Coordination, will be used for the scenario where an authorized disconnection of services is requested of a Transmission and/or Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) for a Generation Resource. This does not place any additional requirements on any Market Participant.
