Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) provides rules and procedures for Flexible Accounts, which may be used by a Counter-Party to make payments to and/or receive payments from ERCOT. This NPRR also addresses payment of Invoices and provides for annual disposition of interest on Cash Collateral.
