Summary
This NPRR eliminates manual calculation of Transmission and/or Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) 4-Coincident Peak (4-CP) data using lower-level non-aggregate Electric Service Identifier (ESI ID) data and requires instead the use of Settlement system aggregate data. This NPRR also clarifies treatment of Block Load Transfer (BLT) Load.
