Summary

This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) clarifies that for Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) managing Combined Cycle Trains, self-commitment of combustion turbines, in addition to a configuration committed by Reliability Unit Commitment (RUC), may be priced at values other than the System-Wide Offer Cap (SWCAP) and should precede RUC-committed MW in merit order on the Energy Offer Curve for the entire Combined Cycle Train.
