NPRR558 Addition of Bilateral Load Response Data to Protected Information List
ReasonLoad response products will continue to grow in popularity and increase in market share. ERCOT has a need to collect information regarding these products to perform statistical analysis in an effort to quantify Load response and track trends. There is significant proprietary information included in this data and Load Serving Entities (LSEs) require strict confidential treatment in order to protect investments in Load response technology.
