ReasonThe new monthly charge type addresses the issue of Settlement of energy between Comision Federal de Electricidad (CFE) and AEP in South Texas, as currently Market Participants are charged on any Operating Day of the month the charges were incurred with charge type Real Time Miscellaneous Amount (RTMISCAMT). This NPRR creates the necessary bill determinants for tracking monthly Settlement for Market Participants utilizing the Block Load Transfer (BLT) methodology and creating monthly determinants.
