ReasonTo clarify that updates to the Annual Planning Model shall be posted by October 15th. Steady State Working Group (SSWG) has determined that it is easier and less confusing if the Data Set B build and Data Set A Transmission Project and Information Tracking (TPIT) updates occur at the same time each year as changes to Data Set A could impact Data Set B. Additionally, the SSWG agreed to have both updates completed by October 15 of each year.
