This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) clarifies that ERCOT models all new Special Protection Systems (SPSs) and Remedial Action Plans (RAPs) and all changes to SPSs and RAPs via the Network Operations Model Change Request (NOMCR) process.
