Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) adds thermal energy storage associated with turbine inlet chilling to the list of technologies eligible for Wholesale Storage Load (WSL) Settlement treatment. At its April 12, 2013 meeting, WMS endorsed this NPRR and directed Emerging Technologies Working Group (ETWG) to file it. There was one abstention to the WMS motion from the Consumer Market Segment.
