Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) removes the specifics for determining the SWCAP and operating the scarcity pricing mechanism language from the Protocols. The SWCAP and scarcity pricing mechanism language will be incorporated into the proposed Other Binding Document (OBD), System-Wide Offer Cap and Scarcity Pricing Mechanism Methodology.
