ReasonPresently there is an information gap for non-RMR Entities which can impact business strategies for bilateral energy contracts, Congestion Revenue Rights (CRRs), and participation in the Day-Ahead Market (DAM). The asymmetrical information provision under the existing Protocols provides potential advantage to some Entities and potential disadvantage to others.
