ReasonThe PCRR refund option is meant to settle at the lesser of the scheduled output of a Generation Resource or the MW value of the PCRR. As the output schedules of Generation Resources that are not in ERCOT are not available to ERCOT, the PCRR refund option is not applicable when the source is on the non-ERCOT side of a DC Tie.
