NPRR307 Change SASM Offer Procedures

ReasonCurrent SASM rules require that offers for Ancillary Service provision be at or less than that offered in the DAM. However, the DAM allows for the Ancillary Service offers to be linked to the Startup Offer and Minimum-Energy Offer portions of a Three-Part Supply Offer. QSEs need the ability to factor those costs into a revised SASM offer.

Summary

This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) deletes the requirement of valid SASM offers to be at or below the value of the offers in the Day Ahead Market (DAM); and strikes the grey-box for NPRR164.
