Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) defines the process for Mass Transition of Electric Service Identifiers (ESI IDs) from one Competitive Retailer (CR) to another CR when transitioning due to an acquisition, the process for switch hold indicator addition and removal, and other various changes deemed to be implemented with Texas Standard Electronic Transaction (TX SET) version 4.0. Changes to accommodate priority move-outs (including addition of the priority code and one hour processing of priority move-outs by ERCOT) and same day switches (changing the First Available Switch Date (FASD) to zero) are pending a Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) rulemaking and are subject to revision.
