NPRR #291 · Revision Request
NPRR291 Reduce the Comment Period for NPRRs and SCRs
ReasonAs a result of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) structural and process review, TAC requested ERCOT staff to draft an NPRR to reduce the comment period for NPRRs to 14 days. Since SCRs have a similar initial comment period, proposed revisions to their process are included in this NPRR as well.
