Summary

This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR): (1) Synchronizes the Nodal Protocols with Protocol Revision Request (PRR) 824, Primary Frequency Response from WGRs and PRR833, Primary Frequency Response Requirement from Existing WGRs; (2) Refines and clarifies the definition of Generation Resource Energy Deployment Performance (GREDP); (3) Moves the definition of Measurable Event to Section 2.1; and (4) Proposes a definition for Dead Band as defined in Section 6.2.1.4, Definitions, of the zonal Operating Guides.
