NPRR182 Non-Protocol Postings on the Market Information System
ReasonSeveral posting requirements necessary for the Market Participants are not specifically addressed in the Protocols; however, market guides do address those requirements. Nodal Protocol Section 12, Market Information System, needs to allow posting requirements defined in market guides, as well as in Protocols. Section 1, Overview, needs to include the State Estimator Standards document.

Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) allows ERCOT to put information, not specifically required in the Protocols but required by market guides, on the Market Information System (MIS) under one of the three classifications, i.e., Public, Secure or Certified. This NPRR also adds the State Estimator Standards to the list of Other Binding Documents named in the Protocols.
