NPRR143 Section 9.9.1, Invoice Recipient Payment to ERCOT for the CRR Auction, Clean-up
ReasonOn July 17, 2007, the ERCOT Board approved two NPRRs (NPRR047, Credit Monitoring -- ERCOT Staff Clarifications, and NPRR075, Section-9, Settlements Clean-up) which both modified language in Section 9.9.1. NPRR047 recommended removing language regarding forfeiture of CRRs while NPRR075 proposed clean-up to the baseline language at the time. The recommended deletions in NPRR047 should have prevailed to prevent conflicting language between Sections 9.9.1 and 16.11.6.1.5. This NPRR corrects the resulting conflicting language.
