Summary

This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) replaces the definition for Firm Fuel Supply Service (FFSS) Qualifying Pipeline with the definition recommended by the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) in NPRR1169, Expansion of Generation Resources Qualified to Provide Firm Fuel Supply Service in Phase 2 of the Service.
