Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) increases the annual budget for the Emergency Response Service (ERS), allows ERCOT the flexibility to contract ERS for up to 24 hours in an ERS Standard Contract Term, and makes other administrative changes to the ERS program.
