This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) allows ERCOT to post on the ERCOT website a list of ESI IDs of transmission-voltage Customer opt-outs as defined in the Debt Obligation Order (DOO) entered in Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) Docket No. 52322, Application of Electric Reliability Council of Texas, Inc. for a Debt Obligation Order to Finance Uplift Balances Under PURA Chapter 39, Subchapter N, and for a Good Cause Exception.
