Summary

This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) clarifies which Entities are required to have Hotline and 24-hour, seven-day-per-week communications with ERCOT and requires that those Entities answer each Hotline call in order to proactively ensure situational awareness in emergency situations.
