Summary
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) gives ERCOT the discretion to accept for good cause, and on a case-by-case basis, attestations from NOIEs under paragraph (3) of Section 4.4.6.3 after the October 1 annual deadline. Further, the NPRR requires ERCOT to post a Market Notice by September 1 of each year reminding NOIEs of the annual deadline.
