NPRR1022  Submission of Banking Information

This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) modifies the means in which QSEs and CRRAHs submit banking information changes to ERCOT. Specifically, this NPRR removes the ability to submit banking information by submitting a Notice of Change of Information (NCI) via email or facsimile, and creates a new form, Notice of Change of Banking Information (NCBI), that a QSE/CRRAH must execute and submit through the Market Information System (MIS) Certified Area (i.e., the portion of the MIS that is available only to a specific Market Participant). All Market Participants may currently submit NCIs to their respective MIS Certified Areas by utilizing the “Service Request” function (Type: MP Registration; Sub-Type: NCI). This NPRR will continue to allow Market Participants to utilize this method for submitting NCIs, and require QSEs/CRRAHs to submit NCBIs in this manner.
